Alifia is a qualified clinical pharmacist with experience across diverse settings, including large chain pharmacies and independent pharmacies. During her time with the National Health Service (NHS), she played a key role in managing pharmacy operations, coordinating medication supplies during shortages, and co-managing pharmacies to ensure continuous service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout this time, she also collaborated closely with general practitioners and multidisciplinary teams, contributing to improved patient care, better health outcomes, and enhanced patient safety.

In addition, Alifia also has experience working in a private clinic which specialized in medications for aesthetic treatments. Her experience across both the public and private healthcare sectors has given her a well-rounded understanding of different healthcare systems, allowing her to adapt to various policies, practices, and patient needs.
